It’s good to be reminded that we are not our thoughts, we can regain control of them and sometimes we just need to be more self aware.
This is an nice video from Rafael Eliassen. Overthinking is definitely something I’m guilty of, and I imagine a lot of us are.
He mentions using meditation as a tool for this. The meditation I’ve personally used to great effect was Live and Dare.
It’s, in my opinion, the absolute best way to learn how to meditate at home. It’s amazingly easy and simple, and the results are fast. It’ll have you feeling great in no time.
